How To Apply for Housing in a Forest City Marine Corps Base Hawaii Community:

Our housing is open to officers and enlisted Marines and sailors stationed on K-Bay or Camp Smith (MARFORPAC) who have one or more accompanying dependents. 

1.  Your first step is to visit the website for MCB Hawaii Family Housing Office or call them at (808) 257-1257.  There you will find the necessary forms and other information about housing through MCB Hawaii.

2.  After you have submitted your paperwork to the Family Housing Office, you might be placed on the housing waiting list, however, most people are not placed on a wait list until they have physically checked in with the Family Housing Office at MCB Hawaii.

3.  Once Family Housing approves your paperwork and determines your control date and bedroom eligibility, they will forward your paperwork to our offices.  At that time, we can discuss the neighborhood options available to you and your current placement on the housing waitlist.
